SEAFOOD QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of a Bachelor Degree related to Food Discipline such as Food Science/Technology, Chemistry, and Microbiology
With at least 5 years Managerial Experience from a Tuna or Fish manufacturing firm
Well versed on HACCP and GHP program implementation
Knowledge in FSSC 2200 and BRC Certification, a plus
Willing to work in Cebu
Highly competent in establishing/implementing QC programs
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Results-oriented and has the leadership ability to guide associates towards goal achievement
Has the ability to plan, implement, sustain, and improve Food Safety & Quality programs
