Job Description
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to adapt sales
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools or other designated systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to align strategies and Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas within the designated territory or market segment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree holder.
With Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 2 years as a marketing coordinator or similar role is advantageous.
Familiarity with marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
