Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within our automotive division. You will lead a team of sales representatives, develop strategic sales plans, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the automotive industry.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, admin, and service, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of automotive industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
Valid driver's license
