JOB DESCRIPTION
A Glimpse to your Tasks
Make sales calls and visits to fertility clinics reaching out to embryologists, IVF doctors and procurement departments.
You will communicate to our customers the benefits of Esco Medical’s products and services and support them with sales and product trainings and necessary business support. This includes attending to technical questions, preparation of project/tender documents, quotations, addressing service-related technical issues and making joint-customer visits where necessary.
Execute specific growth strategies in line with global growth / business plan of the company.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, forecasts and pipelines.
Preparation of weekly and monthly sales and marketing report and present to the Regional Sales Manager
Support new product launches, build and execute on pre-planned strategies. This includes organising exhibitions, webinars, email blast campaigns and trainings.
Translate marketing tools and collaterals accurately and precisely
Performing of other related duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATION
What we need in you:
A Diploma or a Degree in Embryology, Science, Engineering or other relevant scientific fields.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant sales exposure, preferably in the IVF field. Candidates with relevant sales experience in other scientific related areas are encouraged to apply.
Laboratory experience including working with standard laboratory equipment, such a biosafety cabinet, incubator, fume hoods, etc. will be a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written skills in German and English language
Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced work environment with minimum supervision
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work well under pressure
Strong business acumen.
Ability to work outside of normal office hours when required to accommodate communication with stakeholders from different time zones
