Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any business-related courses or IT Course.
Experience in inventory accounting is an advantage.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
Must be flexible and trainable.
Committed to work and stay with the company.
Willing to multi-task and assume work in case of absence/vacancy.
Trustworthy and diligent towards work.
Job Description:
Prepares financial report (daily cash flow statement).
Prepares daily inventory report.
Sees to it that jewelry stocks are always complete.
Monitors the transfer of jewelries from general inventory to the layaway account.
Sees to it that all documentation pertaining to lay away operations are properly filled out and in order.
Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
Reports to the store manager.
