SALES ADMIN OFFICER
 
Job Description
- Assist walk-in customers if sales representatives are in the field or not in the office
- Handle customer payments for reservations, down payments, and full payments.
- Generate acknowledgment receipts for customer payments.
- Create required documents for financing customers, such as certification of no lacking document, certificate of payment, acknowledgment of payment
- Communicate with the individual in charge of financing to discuss the essential details and additional information regarding the transaction.
- Generate a customer summary after each transaction movement.
- Create a summary of payments collected.
- Responsible for document preparation for unit releases, including delivery receipts, ensuring full payment before releasing the unit.
- Create individual customer folders for efficient filing.
- Initiate requests for the transfer of unit Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR).
- Generate monthly reports, including inventory, collection summaries, summaries of sold units, and accounts receivable for outstanding payments.
- Contact and inquire about shipment costs for customers located outside Cebu.
 
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in furniture sales or a similar retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of furniture materials, styles, and trends.
- Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
