Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any related course
Experience: 1 Year experience in sales, account management, client relationship management, or any related field.
Sales Skills: A strong background in sales techniques and strategies is essential. This includes prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of their products or services to
potential clients.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates. Should have a good understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and the needs and challenges faced by customers in the industry.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to understand client needs, and the capacity to foster long-term partnerships.
Goal-Oriented: Should typically responsible for meeting sales targets and revenue goals. Being goal-oriented and driven to achieve results.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret sales metrics and creating reports, optimize strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
Time Management: Should often handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient use of time and resources. Can work extended time
