JOB SUMMARY
To create drawings based on clients perspectives.
To provide detail drawings.
To support the needs of the clients in terms of Drafting Services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to understand the Software requirement by the clients.
Managing project document control & model co ordination.
Knowledgeable in Architectural and MEPF layouts.
Work productively in a team environment.
Knowledgeable in client's drawings Code and Standards.
Communicate with clients in solving some problems duri ng the design stage.
Maintain good quality output and on time delivery of deliverables.
Must report to immediate supervisor about the progress.
Provide excellent quality documentation and shop details.
Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth flow of operations.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
2 years experience in Architectural design / drafting
Minimum 2 years Revit experience on commercial projects.
Strong construction knowledge ideally 3D modeling and systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
Strong problem solving skills, time management, project management
Graduate of Industrial Technology in Drafting Technology, Architecture, or other related fields.
