Primary Objective:
 
Oversee all restaurant and its related operations to ensure that it run smoothly. Train and supervise staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve complaints.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Follows company's vision, mission and policies and procedures as well as the departmental.
Collaborating with restaurant Chef and Operations Manager.
Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant and its related operations to ensure that proper hygiene and sanitation requirements are met.
Inventory control and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant-related necessities are fully stocked.
Reviewing client surveys in order to design and implement improvements to customer service.
Other tasks related may be assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or equivalent.
Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
The ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Excellent communication, collaboration and customer service skills.
