Brief:
 
The Resident Relations Officer plays a critical role in ensuring a positive living experience for residents of JNDC properties. This role requires advanced skills in written and verbal communication, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. The primary responsibilities include addressing resident inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering a sense of community within the property.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for residents, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person.
Conduct regular check-ins with residents to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns.
Draft and disseminate announcements, newsletters, and other written communication to keep residents informed of community events, policies, and updates.
Collect and analyze feedback from residents to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Document and track resident issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communication, Hospitality, Business) preferred.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Previous experience in customer service, resident relations, or a related role is preferred.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is a plus.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Empathetic and patient.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
