Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Make sure that all visitor activities are logged.
Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars, if needed.
Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public.
File and maintain records.
Minimum Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Preferably graduate of Business Management/Office Administration/Tourism or any other related field of study.
Must have at least 1 - 2 years related or similar experience.
Must be proficient in MS Office applications such as: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
Must be knowledgeable on the principles of business and management.
Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City.
Position Specifications:
Must demonstrate skills on problem solving, decision making and judgment, critical thinking, time management, active listening, verbal and written communication.
With pleasing personality.
Patient and hardworking.
