Job Description
Greeting and Welcoming: Greeting clients, visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression.
Appointment Scheduling: Managing appointment calendars for company personnel, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference room bookings.
Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate visitor logs and other records as required.
Special Projects: Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned by management or other team members.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Five star hotel experience in a similar role is a must
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for interacting with clients, visitors, and team members effectively.
Customer Service Skills: A friendly and professional demeanor, along with strong customer service skills, is crucial.
Organization: Strong organizational skills are needed to manage tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling administrative duties efficiently.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and the ability to learn and use company-specific software or systems is often required.
Multitasking: The capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as greeting visitors, and performing administrative duties, is important in this role.
