is looking for:
 
RECEIVING IN-CHARGE 
 
Job Descriptions:
Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries
Receive delivery and sign paperwork upon receipt
Unload packages from incoming trucks
Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price and etc.)
Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake discrepancies is identified
Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory delivery or receiving replacements
Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
Ensure invoices are signed for satisfactory deliveries
Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory
Job Qualifications:
Graduate 4 years in any related course
Preferably with warehouse/ receiving in-charge/ checking experience
Male , 20-25 years old
Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
Basic math, recording abilities and can handle pressure
Excellent organizational skills, great communication and interpersonal abilities
Must be knowledgeable in Warehousing procedures
