QUANTITY SURVEYOR
 
Duties & Responsibilities
Quantity Surveying and Cost Evaluation
Cost estimating and cost planning
Preparation of bills of quantities, contract conditions, and preparation of contract documents
Assist QS Manager & Senior QS in the process of Quantity and Cost Evaluation.
Assist in the evaluation of estimates and cost proposals submitted by qualified contractors for proper endorsing and awarding.
Assist in the preparation of the project budget in accordance with the approved scope of work, plans, and specifications.
Assist in the monitoring and controlling of the Project Cost.
Assist in the preparation of Contract documents in accordance with the approved cost estimates, plans, and specifications.
Responsible in the proper, systematic, well-organized filling and documentation system, ensuring accurate and complete record keeping of all contracts, work orders, RFB's, RFP's and site instructions.
Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
With 1 - 3 years work experience in the field of Construction related to Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimating.
Knowledgeable in Quantity surveying & Cost estimates, bid Cost evaluation, Preparation of bill of quantities/bill of materials, Actual project cost monitoring
