QUALITY ANALYST
 
As a Quality Analyst, your role will involve evaluating agent-customer interactions, providing feedback to improve performance, and resolving concerns raised by clients. You will also analyze metrics and trends to enhance service quality and collaborate with different departments to implement process improvements.
 
We are looking for motivated individuals with:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Familiarity with quality assurance processes is an advantage
Excellent communication and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office & Google apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work on-site.
Willing to start immediately.
