Job Description
Source and procure products or services from vendors or suppliers.
Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate terms and pricing agreements.
Prepare purchase orders and contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as procurement, inventory, and finance, to ensure timely delivery and payment.
Monitor supplier performance and address issues or concerns as needed.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and products.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in procurement processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and purchasing software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain principles.
