Key Responsibilities:
Accomplishes development team results by communicating project expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising project results, coordinating, enforcing systems, and procedures.
Maintains team’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
Recommends strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements and reports these concers to the company's management team.
Ensures the esolution of tickets and issues raised by users and stakeholders of the company's products.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Delivers on deadlines.
