Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Able to meet with clients, design & technical staff on projects, technical specifications, & deadlines
2.Conceptualize design and content flow structure of project
3.Identify the technical (hardware and software) requirements of the project
4.Able to identify the platform to use in web production
5.Able to identify manpower resources needed for the project
6.Ability to conceptualize design and web content
7.Design, develop, and animate websites
8.Able to generate a prototype for client review
9.Able to review, check quality control, and test product output
10.Able to discuss with the webmaster about the feasibility of integrating front-end functionalities, and other concerns, i.e., website address, links, etc.
11.Evaluate new technologies and software tools for web applications
12.Adhere to company’s website policies and standards
13.Able to prepare budget requirements for the project
14.Able to prepare project stages and timetable
15.Ability to oversee the overall web production and development including design and content structure
16.Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people
17.Able to address web queries and concerns
18.Able to understand customers’ needs
19.Able to communicate work status with customers
20.Able to perform cost/benefits analyses
21.Able to develops good relationships with customers
22.Works in well in a team environment, as well as work independently as needed
23.Must be results-oriented, adaptable to change, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities under time pressure
Minimum Qualifications
 
Qualifications:
BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS ECE
Minimum of 2 years experience in web design and development
Knowledgeable on the following:
1. OS platforms
2. Web development and programming
3. Design and animation
4. Internet and Web content administration
5. ASP.NET, VB.NET
6. COM, COM+, DCOM
7. SQL Server
8. HTMl, XML
9. Macromedia, Photoshop, Corel
