Qualifications:
A graduate of BS Architecture
Possess Philippine license
Proficient in project management - designs and budget
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Quality Assurance/Quality Control process
Malipayon, Maasikaso, Madiskarte and Matinud-anon
Job responsibilities:
Ensures that assigned packages are delivered and executed on time.
Manage contractors and budget.
Conduct regular site inspection to ensure quality of work.
Conduct regular meetings with contractors and Technical Planning team to ensure clash-free project implementation.
