Job description
 
Responsible for taking and maintaining multimedia records of surfaces, products and other company related provisions, by executing the following task:
Conduct photo- and videography of our products and samples, including accurate post-processing and editing before sharing with clients and internal stakeholders. This involves accurate product photography for client approvals as well as artistic interpretation and composition of products and arrangements to support marketing activities.
Provides photos and other materials needed for marketing promotions such as exhibit presentations, websites, brochures, and other similar purposes.
Support activities towards our new image and portfolio management software and customer relationship management software.
Support other marketing activities and needs including Portfolio administration in close collaboration with our European marketing and sales department.
Safe-keep photography equipment, ensure its proper maintenance and readiness.
Suggest improvements to our photography setup, hardware, and software to better meet the high photographic standards.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by your superior.
Qualifications and Experience
College graduate with relevant experience in product photography and videography.
In-depth knowledge of photography hardware and software, specifically Fujifilm cameras and lenses, Lightroom, Photoshop, image management software including tagging and naming.
Technical knowledge in lighting for product photography/film with both natural and artificial light.
Sensitivity to creating artistic compositions and set design for product photography and samples.
Sufficient knowledge in graphic design and composition. Capable of working at an advanced level Adobe Creative Cloud and the ability to create good digital presentations.
Knowledge of Excel and fundamentals of how databases work.
Dedicated personality with sense of urgency and necessary responsibility to accomplish assigned work within given timeframe.
Available and willing to work overtime, in some cases with short notice.
Very good English communication skills especially in dealing with European stakeholders and foreign counterparts.
Working knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is beneficial.
