Job Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the motorcycles and related products. Stay up-to-date with the latest features, specifications, and technology advancements.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, both in person and online, to provide information, answer questions, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Product Presentation: Showcase motorcycles and related products in a compelling and engaging manner. Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features to potential buyers.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge and support during the sales process. Assist in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the company regarding product improvements and new product development opportunities.
Training: Train staff and sales personnel on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
Events and Promotions: Participate in motorcycle events, trade shows, and promotional activities to represent the company and its products. Coordinate and organize product launches and events.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any post purchase questions or concerns.
Technical Support: Offer basic technical support to customers and troubleshoot common issues. Coordinate with the service department for more complex technical problems.
Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory levels. Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Job Qualifications:
Product Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of the motorcycle models, specifications, and related accessories offered by the company. (This one can be learned thru internal training however an experience in the same industry is a PLUS
Sales Skills: Strong sales and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with customers, build and build rapport
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting products, creating marketing materials, and communicating with customers.
Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge of motorcycles and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a dedication to providing exceptional service and support.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and service teams
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, attend events, and travel as required.
Education: A degree in Marketing, business, or a related field can be advantageous.
