PROCESS ENGINEERS (DEVICE FACTORY)
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs Data Gathering for Process Time of the new/received products or existing products
Standard Time Gathering and update Standard Time Monitoring for the Production and PC Request and New/Revised Items.
Develops and design processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost and ensure product quality.
Conducts research and analyzing current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Conducts time and motion studies to establish standard work procedures.
Designs and implement new processes or modifying existing ones to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 
Must be a graduate of four (4) or 5 (five) year Engineering course preferably Industrial Engineering
Working knowledge on Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 13485)
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, SPC Quality Tools, process improvement techniques.
Strong skills in data analysis and statistical tools.
