JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Mass Communication
• Has at least 5 years working experience doing branding and events as Officer/Manager
• Must be at least a supervisor or an assistant manager in the Marketing or Sales Department
• Must have experience on the ff. areas: Branding, Events Coordination, Public Relations, Advertising, Creative Direction, Visual Merchandising
• Knowledgeable in current marketing trends, digital marketing, brand management, multimedia platform, and marketing campaign strategy
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Creative, independent, resourceful, and can work well with pressure
• Must be keen to details
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works directly with the Marketing Manager in ensuring the execution of plans, projects, strategies, and activities that are aligned with the company's vision and mission.
• Initiates and/or executes branding ideas and strategies in a timely manner
• Works directly with the Officers in planning events and creating strategies that would bring the company closer to its goals and targets
• Works with the Operations Marketing Officer in events and sponsorships, offline and online, and is responsible for ensuring its success
• Oversees the overall success of the company's branding events, whether offline or online
• Monitors and assesses the performance and deliverables of the Officers
• Manages the Operations Support Team in ensuring support and requests of the Operations Team are met and provided for promptly.
