Our company is looking for a passionate Vet Service Coordinator to work for an Insurance Company in Australia and New Zealand.
You will be working closely with the customer's to provide general and medical inquiries regarding their pets.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound, and email medical consultation and inquiries
Call existing customers and clients to provide medical advice and prescription
Handle global customers and provide solutions with their pet medical queries
Answer queries from customers and potential customers asking for insurance
Explain product or service being offered to the customer and encourage the customer to proceed in getting the service
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using right methods and tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Maintain customer information and company's document confidential
Send reports to the client of total patient's and their progress
Requirements:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or should have relevant training and experience
At least 1 year of work experience in a vet clinic, hospital or organization
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
Comfotable in the call center set-up (online consultation)
Customer service focused and great listening skills
Must be a good team player
Must be able to manage sensitive client information
Must have a good and positive working attitude
Ability to multi-task
