PATIENT RELATIONS OFFICER
Purpose of the Job:
To delight customers by providing quality service through personalized assistance of members during confinement and ensuring proper implementation of the service agreement.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Nursing or any 4yr allied medical courses
Experience in an HMO setting an advantage but not required
Knowledgeable in medical terminologies
Ability to adjust to flexible schedules or to work on call
Good in oral & written communication skills, computer literate, with pleasing personality & good moral character
