Qualifications:
Has 2-3 years of experience working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role.
With Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field.
Creative ability with artistic skill in decorating cakes and other desserts.
In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards, health codes, baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment
