Job Description
Safely and effectively operates a range of machinery, including Excavators, Loaders, Skid Steers, Water Carts, Tipper Trucks, Rollers, Graders, and Vac Trucks, as directed by Site Supervisors.
Conduct daily pre-start inspections of machinery, plant, and equipment to ensure safe operation.
Follow operational guidelines, levels, and survey points when operating machines.
Participate in pre-start meetings to review safety protocols and site requirements.
Ensure compliance with all HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) policies and procedures.
Report hazards, incidents, and nonconformances as required, and participate in incident investigations.
Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of HSEQ processes as needed
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Relevant machinery license and competency for operating Excavators, Loaders, Skid Steers, Water Carts, Tipper Trucks, Rollers, Graders, and Vac Trucks
Proven experience in operating machinery on construction or industrial sites.
Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with supervisors and colleagues.
Must be at least a graduate of 1-year vocational course or Completed at least 1 year in college.
Must have a valid Driver's License
