OPERATIONS MANAGER (FAROOJ)
 
EDUCATION AND OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent;
At least 2-4 years working experience in the same position or more than 5 years working experience in related field;
Strong leadership and result-oriented;
Keen to details and with high standard for accuracy;
Knowledgeable on food handling food safety, and HACCP standards;
Excellent analytical, planning, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills;
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Articulate in presenting information and addressing business concerns;
Good oral and written communication; and
Flexible and keen to details.
Tasks and Expectations
Responsible for the operations of a restaurant.
Responsible for ensuring that all of the food and drinks are of the highest quality.
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Prepare reports on how the restaurant is performing, sales report, and productivity
Designing unique menus, handling customer complaints, creating company policies, and complying with food and safety regulations.
Train new restaurant staff
Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
Provide constant leadership, counseling, advice, and feedback to their peers.
Provide an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback and performance coaching
Qualifications
2-4 years of full-service Food & Beverage Management experience in a fast-paced, results-driven, multi-unit environment.
Experience and passion for recipe development
Knowledge of federal food safety standards
Track record of managing profitability through effective control of food, beverage, and labor cost, and achieving budgeted targets
Goal-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to consistently interact with a friendly, enthusiastic, positive attitude
Willingness to learn and embrace company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and procedures
Must have strong organizational skills to execute and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong influencing skills and ability to inspire others
