Operations Manager (FAROOJ)
 
EDUCATION AND OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
·       Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent;
·       At least 2-4 years working experience in the same position or more than 5 years working experience in related field;
·       Strong leadership and result-oriented;
·       Keen to details and with high standard for accuracy;
·       Knowledgeable on food handling food safety, and HACCP standards;
·       Excellent analytical, planning, negotiation, and
·       interpersonal skills;
·       Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
·       Articulate in presenting information and addressing business concerns;
·       Good oral and written communication; and
·       Flexible and keen to details.
 
 
Tasks and Expectations 
·       Responsible for the operations of a restaurant. 
·       Responsible for ensuring that all of the food and drinks are of the highest quality. 
·       Comply with all health and safety regulations 
·       Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
·       Prepare reports on how the restaurant is performing, sales report, and productivity 
·       Designing unique menus, handling customer complaints, creating company policies, and complying with food and safety regulations. 
·       Train new restaurant staff 
·       Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork. 
·       Provide constant leadership, counseling, advice, and feedback to their peers.
·       Provide an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback and performance coaching 
 
Qualifications
·       2-4 years of full-service Food & Beverage Management experience in a fast-paced, results-driven, multi-unit environment. 
·       Experience and passion for recipe development 
·       Knowledge of federal food safety standards 
·       Track record of managing profitability through effective control of food, beverage, and labor cost, and achieving budgeted targets 
·       Goal-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
·       Ability to consistently interact with a friendly, enthusiastic, positive attitude
·       Willingness to learn and embrace company policies, practices, and  procedures, including emergency and procedures 
·       Must have strong organizational skills to execute and prioritize multiple tasks
·       Strong influencing skills and ability to inspire others
