We are looking for a dedicated OPERATIONS MANAGER to join our team for our graveyard shift and onsite assignment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Coordination:
Ensure fluent English communication in telephone conversations and Zoom calls.
Maintain consistent communication with manufacturers and 3PL partners.
Order and Inventory Management:
Oversee the daily fulfillment of Shopify orders, ensuring they are shipped and marked as fulfilled.
Monitor inventory timelines, ensuring all orders are shipped by deadlines.
Coordinate with customs to clear inventory orders entering the USA.
Ensure timely delivery of samples to the USA.
Contractor and Team Management:
Manage contractors, including content creators, graphic designers, web designers, photographers, and videographers.
Post job listings, locate contractors, and conduct interviews.
Take direction from SOS, assign tasks to contractors, set deadlines, and ensure adherence to timelines.
Track project progress and content in SmartSuite, cataloging and tagging all incoming content.
Approve completed work and manage contractor payments.
Executive Support:
Support the Executive Assistant in meeting deadlines and deliverables.
Conduct weekly 30-minute 1:1 meetings with SOS to review project status.
Request regular reports from the Executive Assistant.
System Management and Process Improvement:
Manage and build out the SmartSuite system, including the creation and updating of the SOP library.
Ensure team members contribute to the creation and maintenance of SOPs.
Perform quality assurance for new products, including experiments to track performance metrics like battery drain and temperature.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with high-level tasks, such as managing wholesale orders, scheduling meetings and demos, and handling compliance and regulatory paperwork.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with internal systems and applications.
Conduct research projects, such as evaluating new programs for size charts on the website.
Attend meetings and demos on behalf of Brandi, take notes, and report back.
High level testing and quality assurance of products
