Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year college course
Computer literate: proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel and must know how to use Google to retrieve information
Should be able to operate office machinery efficiently: scanning, photocopying, faxing, backing up data, saving files to USB
IT background knowledge is a plus
With driver's license is a plus
Job Description:
Filing and organizing all documents
Making and answering phone calls
Writing corporate correspondence and company memos
Petty cash disbursement and minor payment releasing
Private secretary work
Canvassing of suppliers, materials, contracts and insurance
Making purchase orders and purchase history logs
Receive supplier receipts / invoices for countering
Coordinate with operations for purchase requests
Coordinate with messengers for document/item delivery and pick up
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, lawyers, sister companies
Monitor company cell phone and email accounts
Handling communications and collecting required documentation with suppliers and tenants
Private secretary work
Creating, updating and monitoring consumption usage data and other reports in Excel
In charge of backing up all computer data
Other tasks as instructed by management
