OFFICE / ACCOUNTING STAFF
 
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining updated record of sales journal
Preparation of sales or financial reports
Record expenses (feeds, fuel, repairs, payroll etc.)
Double-checking and verifying AP (Accounts Payable) invoices before forwarding to the designated department.
Checking and verifying inventory records of finished goods
Checking and recording monthly inventories (feeds and fuel).
Process invoices and reimbursements.
Monitor accounts payable.
File Vouchers, bank statements, inventory forms etc.
Gather, summarize and analyze financial reports.
Maintaining confidentiality in the workplace.
Create and send statements or invoices, track payments, and record company expenses.
Store and organize documents and files.
Reporting and Analysis
Filing and other duties as instructed by the President
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and bookkeeping software with strong typing skills.
Ability to follow instructions, balance the given tasks and solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
Ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records.
Professionalism and resourcefulness
High Level of integrity and extreme trustworthiness
CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
College degree in Finance, Accounting or any Business related course
Proficient skills in excel and PowerPoint for presentation to management.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
