Job Description
Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patients' health status.
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and home care procedures.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting observations, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaborating with other healthcare team members, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Advocating for the needs and preferences of patients, ensuring they receive appropriate and respectful care.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
Must be a PRC registered nurse
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a hospital, nursing home, rehabilitation center, health and medical clinic
Nurses with current B1/B2 level certification are welcome to apply
Willing to undergo 8-10 months German language training
