Must be at least high school graduate (preferably TESDA registered)
With at least 3 years of experience as Handyman/Multi-skilled worker
With good understanding of construction process as well as health and safety issues
Must have ample experience in the construction field like tiles, tinsmith, masonry, and plumbing
Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, fast learner, positive, able to work at a high standard, and can handle work pressure
Physically fit
