MOTORCYCLE PARTSMAN
Qualification:
Preferably Male
College Grad/Undergrad
Knowledgeable with motorcycle/parts
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel/Spreadsheet)
Strong analytical thinking
Can handle customer concerns
Honest and polite by handling customers, co-workers and superior
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Ability to multitask
Good communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers and aftersales concerns
Handles all inventory of parts and accessories
Handles parts order and paperworks, including purchase orders, sales records.
Achieve monthly quota by selling parts and upselling
Provide excellent customer service
