Is urgently in need of:
MOTOR POOL STAFF
Job Descriptions
Performs duties as Fleet Coordinator.
Performs duties as Administrative Supervisor.
Maintains the motor pool and coach bus scheduling and usage database, including web-based information.
Processes equipment requests and coordinates assignment of vehicles and equipment.
Assists in de-conflicting vehicle requests/scheduling problems between motor pool customers.
Maintains usage data for all vehicles, carts and equipment.
Maintains records of scheduled and corrective maintenance for vehicles, carts, and equipment.
Coordinate route planning, driver accommodations, and all travel requirements for drivers utilizing motor pool
Familiar with automotive parts and can canvass.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the basic customer service principles
Knowledge of modern office practices.
Knowledge of preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance principles.
Basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word and EXCEL.
Skill in written and oral communications.
Knowledge of state vehicle and equipment requirements.
