Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, or any Business related course
Must have Managerial experience as a Medical Sales Representative or equivalent.
Proficient of Computer Application; MS-word, excel and power point
Effective communication skills
Strong negotiating skills
Good business ethics and has innate excellent interpersonal skills, flexible and can adapt to any working environment.
Must have high energy, dynamic, aggressive and customer oriented, able to deal with all kinds of people
Exceptional customer service skills
Persuasive and resilient
Problem-solving skills
Time management skills
With valid driver's license is a plus
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's medical products to resident doctors, consultants, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Perform regular coverage with doctors, consultants, pharmacists and other relevant healthcare professionals.
Provide a comprehensive business plan in the first month of employment
Reports and discusses the weekly, and monthly targets
Developing an in-depth understanding of company products.
Identifying and establishing new business
Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
Perform regular collections of payments from accounts/clients
Preparing presentations for potential customers
Create a database of accounts/clients in the assigned area
Keeping up to date of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies
Salary: Above Industry Rate
Incentives and Benefits:
Free Travel and Food Allowance
Commissions based on Collections ranging from 1%- 6% bracket
Per Product Goal Target at 3%/Product
