Job Summary:
 
Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues accurately and timely. Works with different systems, software, and hardware, and follows standard procedures to escalate unresolved concerns to appropriate internal departments.

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Nursing or any medical-related degree
With PRC License is an advantage, but not required
Has average to excellent English communication skills

No BPO Experience is required
Experience in a BPO Healthcare Account is an advantage
Willing to work Onsite
