Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering Mechanical or equivalent.
Experience working in the field of residential construction is an advantage.
Specializing in HVAC Systems is a must.
Exudes professional work ethics.
Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedules and monitor program activity to achieve on-time result while ensuring quality assurance in completing the project.
While the project is undergoing, he/she is responsible for safety measures on-site.
Ensures conformity in terms of approved plans and specifications.
Submits weekly and/or monthly progress reports to be presented to the client.
Reviews technical specifications and recommended changes
Sets an efficient and timely schedule for purchasing equipment and raw materials.
