The Therapist provides high-quality massage and wellness services, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a professional, hygienic, and relaxing spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various massage techniques based on client needs.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of therapy rooms and tools.
Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and preferences.
Attend training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry practices.
Log treatments and report any equipment or supply issues.
Qualifications:
Certified in Massage Therapy (NC II or equivalent).
Knowledge of various massage techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
