-Develops marketing strategy and written action plans in order to achieve specific objectives.
-Supervise all aspects of digital interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
-Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through the company's different social media platforms
-Suggest and Execute approved ideas.
-Measure, evaluate, and analyze the marketing programs as and when needed.
-Ensure that all customer questions and requests are followed up in a timely manner.
-Should be detail oriented and have good organization and team leadership skills.
