THE OPPORTUNITY:  MARKETING AND ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
 
The primary function of the Marketing and Engagement Officer is to implement employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract the best talent in the industry and maintain the company's reputation as an employer of choice, as well as provide support in employee engagement initiatives.
 
WHAT IT TAKES
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, LIACOM, Advertising, or a related field
Experience in graphic design is a must
Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus, but not required
Knowledge of handling social media platforms
Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to be trained
Good oral and written English communication skills
Flexible, able to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision
Good interpersonal skills; has a fun and positive attitude

WORK SETUP
100% Non-voice accounts
Day shift from 7 AM - 4 PM
Fixed weekends off
