Proven experience in leadership role within a motorpool management setting.
Strong Knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance & repair procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Make informed decisions to optimize motorpool efficiency
Has good discretion and has respect for confidentiality and privacy.
Can work under pressure.
