Job Description
Operate diaper production machines and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or performance issues.
Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure proper machine function and product quality.
Oversee the diaper manufacturing process, ensuring it meets production targets, quality standards, and deadlines.
Ensure the production area is clean, organized, and follows safety and hygiene protocols.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Prior experience as a machine operator or production operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in diaper production or a similar industry.
