We are currently in need of:
LINE COOK
(for Lapu-Lapu City)
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cooks all dishes according to the standard recipes, portion sizing and plating and serves it within the ideal timeframes from order to table.
Maintain highest level of cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance of kitchen premises & equipment.
Does physical counts and inventory for the daily reports of the head cook.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably with Culinary Arts background
With at least 1 yr. experience as a Cook
Able to perform a hot and cold kitchen food preparation
Knowledgeable in inventory and costing
Well organized, can work under pressure
With good verbal and written communication skills
SALARY RANGE:
Up to PHP 14,000 monthly (inclusive of service charge + tips)
Full government mandated benefits and additional perks & employee discounts
Job Type:
Full-time, direct hire position (regularization after probationary period)
