LIAISON / PURCHASING STAFF
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent in oral and written communication in English and Cebuano, but not required
Bachelor's degree in business administration or other relevant degree.
Minimum of one year experience as liaison/ purchasing staff, but not required.
Expertise in MS word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in another NGO preferred, but not required.
Willing to do frequent field works ( i.e. bills payment, mandated remittance payment, bank transactions and other related payment transaction)

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate monthly and bills payment
i.e monthly bills, SSS, PHIC, Pag ibig ,BIR, Telephone & Internet, Electricity both cebu and naga office
Facilitate bank transactions ( i.e deposits and withdrawals)
Act as a purchasing staff in MRH admin office
Assist HR/Admin staff processing permits and licensing renewals both cebu and naga office
Assist Finance/Admin staff in processing SEC & BIR related concerns
Responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness of the Cebu office
Coordinate with residential admin facility maintenance staff for computer and appliances equipment maintenance in residential facility
Facilitate check signing for all cash disbursement request to signatories.
Responsible for canvass and purchase of MRH equipment and supplies
Perform other tasks assign by the director of administrative operations of MRH
