LEASING STAFF
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is Preferred.
At least 1-2 years experience in the field of food market,
Has knowledge on leasing transactions,
Has knowledge in preparing agreements and memorandums,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
Must be able to work flexible hours and willing to extend work beyond office hours,
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple task.
Dependable, self motivated, and able to work independently or part of a team
Can handle pressure with regard to work.
Benefits:
With government deductions like PhilHealth, SSS & Pag-ibig
Six months probationary period
With HMO insurance upon regularization
With Sick leave and vacation leave credits
Work-Monday - Saturday ( Half day)
