Job Description
Responsible for providing professional and timely laundry services to our guests.
Should be friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable with a customer-service focused attitude.
Sort, count, and weight all items of linen according to established standards.
Load and unload washing machines quickly and efficiently.
Operate washing machines and dryers to clean items according to instructions.
Apply various detergents, fabric softeners, and bleaching agents.
Sort and fold items according the customers' instructions.
Hang items and ensure proper drying times are adhered to.
Inspect items for stains or tears when necessary.
Maintain a neat and tidy work area at all times.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Must have a hotel and fine dining experience.
Previous experience in a related position preferred.
Ability to maintain consistent attention to detail.
Working knowledge of the operation of washers and dryers.
