Job description: 
Project-based employment
Cleaning & preparing the construction site 
Loading & unloading construction materials
Assembling & dismantling temporary structures like scaffolding
Assisting skilled workers
Digging trenches, backfilling holes & compacting soil
Following safety procedures & instructions from supervisors
Job Requirements:
Preferably Male
Knows how to speak tagalog / bisaya language
No experience required
Has knowledge facilitating physical tasks, aiding skilled tradespeople, performing site maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and engaging in training and professional development
Can perform various tasks such as digging trenches, moving materials and assisting skilled workers
Willing to render overtime
