Responsible for the overall operation and performance of the kitchen personnel. This includes setting goals and targets, monitoring progress, and providing feedback and guidance to ensure that all is meeting the standards of the restaurant.

Ensures that all stores follow the standard recipes and food preparation instructions.
Implement control on quality along with consistency of every eatable item served.
Ensures that all BOH staff will comply with health and safety regulations for production, holding, handling, and labeling.
Support and facilitate control on food cost (Ensures proper product rotation, utilization and inventory to ensure minimum waste, etc.
Control, maintain and manage kitchen inventory and food supplies.
Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the kitchen and storage areas.
Evaluating the condition of equipment, kitchen tools and other department equipment as well as doing routine maintenance inspections.
Conduct coaching sessions and document content on appropriate forms with direct reports.
Performed other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualification
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree related to Hospitality, Culinary or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of kitchen management experience
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary in BOH
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work extra mile, when necessary, arises.
